Description

  • Design and build Keap/Infusionsoft campaigns, automated customer journeys, email sequences, opportunity pipelines, lead nurturing systems, forms, landing pages, CRM automations, internal notifications, customer segmentation, and reporting dashboards.
  • Optimize CRM and marketing automation performance to improve lead management, customer engagement, lifecycle automation, and business growth.
  • Use AI throughout workflow planning, architecture, documentation, QA, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Improve CRM architecture, campaign quality, reporting accuracy, automation performance, scalability, and reduce technical debt.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Product, Executive Leadership, Automation Specialists, and Designers to support customer journey improvements.
  • Own projects from planning through implementation and proactively identify, build, and launch better workflows and campaign improvements.
  • Continuously test, document, validate, and refine automations to ensure they are reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
  • Support multiple products and brands by developing intelligent systems that improve the full customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) experience.
  • Experience building advanced marketing automation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience creating email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and automation sequences.
  • Strong troubleshooting capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational capability and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience using AI for campaign planning, workflow architecture, documentation, QA, reporting, customer segmentation, marketing optimization, technical troubleshooting, prompt engineering, and workflow improvement is highly regarded.
  • Experience using ChatGPT and modern AI productivity tools is expected.
  • Preferred experience with Keap, Infusionsoft, Thryv, WordPress, API integrations, webhooks, Zapier, n8n, Stripe, CRM migration, marketing automation, AI agents, SaaS, HealthTech, or education platforms.
