Description

  • Build and prioritize target lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and research prospects to identify effective outreach angles.
  • Write personalized, context-rich outreach messages, including DMs, short Looms, and voice notes, to generate replies.
  • Book qualified meetings and maintain an active pipeline in ClickUp and Google Sheets.
  • Source and secure podcast guest opportunities for the CEO on shows that reach founders and marketers.
  • Handle outreach and booking coordination for podcast interviews and related creator or partnership opportunities.
  • Test and iterate messaging through A/B testing of subject lines, outreach angles, and follow-ups.
  • Track performance metrics such as reply rates, meeting rates, SQOs, and pipeline value.
  • Keep the outreach process organized, fast-moving, and focused on outcomes rather than activity volume.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of turning cold outreach into held meetings and revenue.
  • Ability to write like a person and earn the attention of senior decision-makers quickly.
  • Strong metric-driven mindset with a focus on improving open, reply, meeting, and pipeline conversion rates week over week.
  • Ability to move quickly, stay organized, and work independently without hand-holding.
  • Nice-to-have: Based in LATAM with at least 4 hours of PST overlap.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience booking podcast interviews or creator partnerships.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ClickUp, and Google Sheets is expected.
  • Ability to provide recent performance statistics, including reply rate, meeting rate, held rate, SQOs, and deals.
  • Willingness to apply by submitting real examples of meetings-booking outreach instead of a resume.
