Description

  • Build and prioritize target lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and research prospects to identify compelling outreach angles.
  • Write human, context-rich outreach messages across DMs, short Looms, and voice notes to generate replies.
  • Book qualified meetings with decision-makers and maintain an active pipeline in ClickUp and Google Sheets.
  • Source, approach, and book podcast guest opportunities for the CEO on shows relevant to founders and marketers.
  • Test and iterate outreach messaging, including subject lines, angles, and follow-up sequences, to improve conversion rates.
  • Track and report activity and performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates, meeting rates, SQOs, and pipeline value.
  • Collaborate in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment with minimal hand-holding.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of turning cold outreach into held meetings and revenue.
  • Ability to write in a human, conversational style that earns the attention of executives.
  • Strong metric-driven mindset focused on improving open, reply, meeting, SQO, and pipeline performance week over week.
  • Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and operate independently without heavy oversight.
  • Based in LATAM with at least 4 hours of overlap with PST, preferred.
  • Experience booking podcast interviews or creator partnerships, preferred.
  • Comfort using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ClickUp, and Google Sheets.
  • Willingness to apply by submitting 3 real messages that booked meetings, 90-day performance stats, and a short paragraph explaining fit.
