Description

  • Own Klaviyo for multiple high-performing eCommerce client accounts.
  • Build and manage lifecycle flows such as welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase, winback, VIP, browse, and replenishment.
  • Execute email campaigns, including building, scheduling, segmenting, QAing, reporting, and iterating on performance.
  • Manage segmentation and list hygiene to maintain a profitable, well-maintained database.
  • Protect and improve deliverability by monitoring sender reputation and implementing fixes before issues escalate.
  • Run ongoing testing across subject lines, offers, creative angles, flow logic, timing, and segmentation rules.
  • Maintain strong SOPs by following existing systems and improving documentation and workflows.
  • Provide reporting that informs decisions and priorities rather than simply summarizing results.
  • Independently manage a portfolio of 8+ active client accounts as the primary Klaviyo owner.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on, dedicated Klaviyo experience.
  • Strong ability to handle flows, segmentation, analytics, integrations, and deliverability in Klaviyo.
  • Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment managing 8+ clients at once.
  • Understanding of direct response marketing and revenue-driven email strategy.
  • Full-time availability; this is not a side gig.
  • Availability to work Saturdays when needed.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to catch issues others miss.
  • Experience with brands generating $3M to $10M+ in annual revenue (preferred).
  • Strong grasp of retention metrics, LTV, attribution, and email’s impact on them (preferred).
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for quick template fixes (preferred).
  • Deep deliverability instincts inside Klaviyo (preferred).
  • Not suitable for juniors, interns, people still learning Klaviyo, freelancers juggling multiple clients, or candidates needing step-by-step supervision.
