Description

  • Own product marketing for a defined set of new and existing products across the full lifecycle from discovery and validation through launch, optimization, and scaling.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative user data to identify patterns, friction points, and growth opportunities across the product portfolio.
  • Support and help evolve shopper voice and customer advocacy research programs.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging grounded in behavioral data and user research.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans across in-app surfaces, lifecycle messaging, and marketing channels.
  • Monitor product adoption and engagement after launch, identify risks, and recommend iteration opportunities.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Marketing Communications as primary partners for testing, launching, and improving products.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing teams to move initiatives forward.
  • Adapt priorities quickly based on company-level goals, business needs, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to team documentation so insights and learnings can be shared across teams.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Consumer Research, or a related field; internships, co-ops, and class projects count.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical thinking with comfort working with qualitative feedback, behavioral data, and survey results.
  • Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to turn complexity into sharp insights or recommendations.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and eagerness to use them to work smarter; regular use is a bonus.
  • Consumer-facing or mobile product experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies, NPS analysis, or customer interview programs is preferred.
  • Experience with lifecycle messaging, in-product copy, or Braze or a similar tool is preferred.
  • Background in fintech, subscriptions, or marketplace businesses is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $2,333–$3,167 USD per month, or $28,000–$38,000 USD annually gross.
  • Remote work environment.
  • Full-time role.
