Description

  • Own end-to-end resolution of incoming customer experience support issues related to marketing initiatives.
  • Investigate support cases, resolve issues accurately, and escalate complex items to the appropriate teams.
  • Track open cases through resolution and maintain clear status records.
  • Identify recurring issues across cases and recommend improvements to the marketing team.
  • Execute and analyze marketing packages, including app brand features and Braze CRM canvases.
  • Set up and manage placements in internal marketing tools so the right offers reach the right audiences.
  • Create promotions and discount codes and ensure accurate, on-time launch.
  • Audit live campaigns, placements, and promotions for errors, inconsistencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Own asset approvals from build through approval and coordinate status with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation in Confluence and Jira and collaborate across marketing, merchant, support, and partner teams.

Requirements

  • Background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of open items.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to small details in support cases and campaign configurations.
  • Experience with or strong interest in CRM platforms such as Braze; Braze experience is a plus.
  • Comfort using tools such as Braze, Confluence, Slack, Jira, Zendesk, Redash, and Figma.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic project management skills and the ability to work proactively and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools or automation in a professional or academic setting is a plus.
  • Previous internships or academic projects involving customer support, campaign management, or marketing operations are preferred.
