Description

  • Help build new features in a cross-platform TypeScript React Native app and Golang backend APIs.
  • Manage mobile releases using cohorting, feature flags, and app-store infrastructure for safe rollout to a large user base.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, business, backend, and QA stakeholders to align on requirements and delivery.
  • Write clean, scalable, robust, and testable code across the mobile application and related systems.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the application, data domain, and key performance indicators.
  • Lead features end-to-end from requirements and design through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and improvement.
  • Perform high-quality code reviews with a focus on maintainability, clarity, and best practices.
  • Drive technical decisions and suggest improvements that raise code quality across the team.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of professional mobile development experience, including at least 6 months with React Native or a similar technology such as Flutter.
  • Experience developing and releasing a mobile application to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Strong familiarity with modern frontend development using JavaScript or TypeScript and React Native or a similar cross-platform framework.
  • Deep understanding of React Native architecture, hooks, context, navigation patterns, and performance optimization.
  • Understanding of relational databases such as MySQL.
  • Strong familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing tools such as Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox, or Appium.
  • Demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Preferred: ability to solve problems with backend-focused languages like Go, Python, Java, or similar.
  • Preferred: familiarity with microservice architectures composed of HTTP APIs.
  • Preferred: experience working with native iOS code.
  • Preferred: knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines such as Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
