Description

  • Work in a multidisciplinary team developing native Android, iOS, and Web applications for a global customer base.
  • Design, develop, optimize, and maintain native mobile applications, with primary focus on Android/Kotlin and support for iOS/Objective-C.
  • Implement mobile analytics tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Segment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless platform integration.
  • Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid and reliable software delivery.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for security, performance, scalability, and code quality.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues by analyzing crash reports, investigating user feedback, and performing root cause analysis.
  • Work with product, QA, and support teams to prioritize and resolve production incidents and customer-facing issues.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote continuous learning and innovation within the team.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve application capabilities.

Requirements

  • Extensive professional experience in mobile development, with strong emphasis on Android/Kotlin and good understanding of iOS development using Objective-C.
  • Proven experience shipping mobile applications to production on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Hands-on experience supporting production environments, including crash analysis, troubleshooting, and delivering timely fixes.
  • Experience with crash monitoring and performance tools such as Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, Datadog, or New Relic.
  • Experience implementing analytics tracking, including tagging, custom events, and event tracking.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile development frameworks, design patterns, architecture principles, and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in mobile applications and distributed systems.
  • Expertise in using AI tools to accelerate learning, analysis, development, and testing.
  • Advanced or fluent English for effective communication with global teams.
  • Experience working with multi-technology teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of application performance optimization, mobile security, and user experience best practices.
  • Preferred: experience with large-scale consumer applications with high traffic and global user bases.
  • Preferred: experience with modern Android and iOS architecture patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Dependency Injection.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Preferred: experience integrating third-party services, APIs, and SDKs.
  • Preferred: experience with automated testing frameworks and mobile test automation.
  • Preferred: knowledge of cloud platforms and backend integrations.
