Description

  • Provide clear, prompt, detailed, empathetic, and customer-oriented support to consumers.
  • Resolve basic to complex customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Write clear and concise instructions to help customers use Sezzle services.
  • Build trust and strong working relationships with the customer support team.
  • Work with customers to understand how they use Sezzle services and share feedback with Product and Development teams.
  • Advocate for customers by reporting product and process improvement opportunities.
  • Communicate customer trends and propose solutions to leadership.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems and actively seek solutions that improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer support experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Fluent written and spoken Spanish; a third language is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience handling complex issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution via email, phone, and/or live chat, preferably with software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and use sound judgment to take initiative.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira is a plus.
  • Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia and able to work remotely from within the country.
  • Availability for 3-4 training weeks and full availability during the first 2 months, with no vacations approved in that period.
  • Fixed shift based in Central Standard Time.

Benefits

  • Monthly salary of $3,000,000 COP.
  • Performance bonus of 15%-25% of monthly salary.
  • Remote work-from-home position.
  • Additional benefits available after four months.
