Description

  • Provide customer support by answering information requests and resolving technical and billing-related queries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service issues, including fibre, VoIP, and related customer connectivity problems.
  • Handle customer interactions that result in resolved technical, billing, and account queries.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to technical and account management issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and manage objections to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional service across all customer interactions.
  • Escalate issues beyond first-line support when required.
  • Record accurate summaries of customer interactions in the company business system.
  • Use available tools and resources to fully resolve customer queries.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric.
  • Computer literate with experience using MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of ISP networks.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience within an ISP call centre.
  • 1+ year of technical and desktop customer service experience.
  • Administration experience is highly recommended.
  • CompTIA A+ certification is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good listening, questioning, troubleshooting, and objection-handling skills.
  • Attention to detail, analytical ability, numerical skills, and customer-service focus.
