Description

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs and backend services.
  • Develop clean, efficient, and testable code in PHP 8.4 using Laravel.
  • Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases.
  • Implement security, authentication, and authorization best practices.
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver features end to end.
  • Review code, enforce engineering standards, and mentor other developers.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product development experience using different technologies.
  • Strong understanding of systems architecture.
  • Previous experience in code optimization.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodology.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP 8.x with Laravel.
  • Expert knowledge of MySQL.
  • Proven experience with RESTful API design and microservices.
  • Solid database skills with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL systems such as MongoDB and Redis.
  • Significant experience working with large datasets and managing data.
  • Strong understanding of testing, CI/CD, and deployment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to break down problems and generate solutions with out-of-the-box thinking.
