Description

  • Build scalable end-to-end applications with AI-driven capabilities using OpenAI technologies.
  • Develop backend services and enterprise applications using Python and C#/.NET.
  • Design and deliver intelligent applications such as chatbots and LLM-powered solutions.
  • Integrate search and retrieval systems using vector databases and semantic search pipelines.
  • Work with Azure cloud services and related storage, compute, and database platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to solve complex business problems.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code for application delivery.
  • Apply observability practices such as monitoring, dashboards, and distributed tracing.
  • Contribute to secure, high-performance, and scalable system design.
  • Document technical designs and communicate with stakeholders across teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and C#/.NET.
  • Hands-on experience building scalable backend services.
  • Experience developing end-to-end solutions with AI-driven capabilities using OpenAI technologies.
  • Experience with LLM-powered applications such as chatbots, summarization, Q&A systems, or agentic workflows.
  • Experience with search and retrieval systems, including BM25, vector search, and hybrid search.
  • Experience with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search pipelines.
  • Experience with Azure or another cloud platform, with Azure preferred.
  • Knowledge of data structures, API design, system design, testing methodologies, and security best practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, document technical designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
