Description

Define and lead the product portfolio vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
Decide portfolio composition across invest, grow, maintain, change, and sunset actions to maximize business impact.
Analyze market trends, competition, customer needs, and stakeholder input to inform product decisions.
Identify and validate new product and business opportunities by building business cases and overseeing early-stage products.
Oversee the full product lifecycle from development and launch through evolution and improvement.
Monitor product performance, including revenue, profitability, adoption, and retention, and optimize portfolio outcomes.
Set cross-product priorities and allocate resources based on impact, ROI, and strategic fit.
Build and lead the product management function, including standards, capabilities, and best practices.
Align and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support go-to-market, acquisition, retention, adoption, and portfolio growth.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience with leadership of multi-product SaaS portfolios.
Experience in MarTech, Pharma, or another regulated domain is preferred.
Proven ownership of portfolio strategy and P&L, including product launches and scaling in international markets.
Strong strategic and analytical skills with experience in portfolio decisions, business cases, pricing, ROI, and SaaS metrics.
Deep product management expertise across discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, experimentation, and the full product lifecycle.
Experience balancing innovation versus optimization and core development versus customer-driven requests.
Ability to build and scale product organizations, define standards, and develop product managers.
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment in a multinational environment.
Clear communication with a data-driven, customer-centric, outcome-oriented mindset.
Strong leadership, planning, and self-management skills with advanced presentation abilities.
A holistic, creative, and critical thinking approach to problem-solving and idea generation.
