Description

  • Define and lead the product portfolio vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Decide which products to invest in, grow, maintain, change, or sunset to maximize business impact.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, customer needs, and stakeholder input to inform product decisions.
  • Identify and validate new product and business opportunities, including building business cases.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from development and launch through evolution.
  • Monitor product performance across revenue, profitability, adoption, and retention and optimize accordingly.
  • Set cross-product priorities and allocate resources based on impact, ROI, and strategic fit.
  • Build and lead the product management function by defining standards, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Develop company-wide product knowledge and expertise across the organization.
  • Align with cross-functional stakeholders to support go-to-market, customer acquisition and retention, adoption, and portfolio growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including leadership of multi-product SaaS portfolios.
  • Experience in MarTech, Pharma, or another regulated domain is preferred.
  • Proven ownership of portfolio strategy and P&L, including product launches and scaling in international markets.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, including portfolio decision-making, business cases, pricing, ROI, and SaaS metrics.
  • Deep product management expertise across discovery, roadmapping, prioritization, experimentation, and the full product lifecycle.
  • Experience balancing innovation versus optimization and core versus customer-driven development.
  • Ability to build and scale product organizations, define standards, and develop product managers.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment experience in a multinational environment.
  • Clear communication, presentation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • An in-depth yet agile mindset, with strong leadership, planning, and self-management abilities.
