Description

  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage Clinical Specialists and 1099 Case Coverage individuals in partnership with regional sales leaders.
  • Manage the day-to-day deployment of clinical team members to maximize efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • Conduct quarterly assessments and reviews of team members.
  • Perform quarterly field rides to coach and develop clinical acumen and job development.
  • Ensure clinical competence through case sign-off and post-new-hire training.
  • Develop and deliver pre-site, on-site, and post-training New Hire Training materials and activities.
  • Coordinate with Sales to prepare new hires, place them into procedures, and onboard them to independent support status.
  • Work with Sales to provide case coverage for clinical and cross-regional needs and document case results.
  • Deliver clinical education to sales teams, specialists, surgeons, 1099 case coverage personnel, and OR staff.
  • Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, and R&D on new product development, market acceptance, and clinical input.
  • Participate in labs and reviews related to design changes and future product enhancements.
  • Co-manage customer-facing webinars and facilitate clinical breakout sessions as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of clinical professional training or OR/surgical-based experience.
  • Demonstrated clinical mastery related to surgical devices; urology experience preferred.
  • Professional work ethic, strong organizational skills, and ability to perform independently at a high level.
  • Ability to travel up to 90%, including overnight travel.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Ability to meet and manage vendor credentialing requirements at customer sites.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience training surgeons in the OR and supporting sales onboarding.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to manage, edit, and develop surgical videos and other training materials as needed.
  • Compliance with relevant county, state, and federal vaccination rules.
  • Ability to perform duties in compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
