Description

  • Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals, market opportunities, and revenue targets.
  • Own and evolve the roadmap across grower workflows, data capabilities, and platform services.
  • Lead customer discovery with growers, agronomists, and agricultural partners to understand workflows and unmet needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify product opportunities and improvements.
  • Translate complex agricultural workflows and data insights into intuitive digital experiences.
  • Lead product development from discovery through delivery, including writing product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver product releases and support go-to-market execution.
  • Drive scalable platform capabilities such as data ingestion, analytics, APIs, and integrations.
  • Define, track, and communicate product KPIs, usage metrics, roadmap progress, and performance insights.
  • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and commercialization of advanced product capabilities, including compliance-related label data and workflow integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Agriculture, Agronomy, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of product management experience leading and launching complex products.
  • Experience with data platforms, APIs, and SaaS analytics.
  • Strong technical fluency with data pipelines and cloud systems.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering and data science teams.
  • Background in IoT, geospatial, machine learning, or AgTech preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Deep passion for working in a purpose-led company solving climate, food, and health challenges.

  • Salary range of $140,000 to $160,000 per year.
