Description

  • Own the Shopify catalogue end to end, including product uploads, descriptions, imagery, pricing, tagging, and collections.
  • Keep the retailer outreach tracker current across all regions, logging conversations, follow-ups, and next actions.
  • Produce the weekly ecommerce report autonomously and present performance data in a clear, actionable format.
  • Coordinate new market and product launch assets, including timelines, designer and translator briefs, and localisation requirements.
  • Draft and send trade communications to prospective and existing retail partners across active territories.
  • Build and maintain ecommerce dashboards that provide useful visibility into performance and priorities.
  • Flag risks and anomalies proactively, including Shopify discrepancies, performance dips, asset gaps, and stalled retailer conversations.
  • Coordinate with creative, brand, operations, warehousing, and founders as needed to keep systems and launches running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Hands-on Shopify experience managing a live store, including catalogue management, product uploads, pricing, and data accuracy.
  • Strong organisational ability with a proven habit of closing loops, tracking outstanding work, and finishing tasks without prompting.
  • Confidence working with data, including building dashboards, maintaining trackers, and presenting performance clearly.
  • Strong written English and the ability to draft brand-consistent trade communications and copy without heavy editing.
  • Ability to manage several concurrent workstreams across different markets without losing detail.
  • AI-literate and comfortable using tools for writing, reporting, or workflow automation.
  • Experience in wholesale, retail account management, or trade marketing is desirable.
  • Exposure to multi-market or international marketing operations, including asset localisation and translation management, is desirable.
  • Background in a premium, lifestyle, or gifting brand is desirable.
  • Experience using analytics platforms beyond spreadsheets, such as Shopify analytics or Google Analytics, is desirable.

Benefits

  • £25,000–£35,000 base salary per annum, dependent on experience.
  • Fully remote position.
  • Some international travel required, with frequency agreed based on business needs and market priorities.
