Description

  • Engage leaders and employees in ongoing ESG communications to strengthen internal culture.
  • Curate event participation and strategic partnerships to support aligned VP positioning.
  • Write briefings and coordinate executive presentations and ESG institutional materials.
  • Work with communication teams to promote initiatives and produce post-event executive reports.
  • Manage awards and rankings participation and maintain governance of the VP’s reputational assets.
  • Run biweekly onboarding sessions and support internal communication campaigns and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develop and update institutional content and narratives for external positioning.
  • Coordinate with VP projects and partner areas to identify positioning opportunities.
  • Use artificial intelligence tools to optimize curation, production, and measurement processes.

Requirements

  • Ability to build strategic narratives aligned to different audiences and objectives.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with C-level leaders, third-sector partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong organization, autonomy, and prioritization to manage multiple parallel projects.
  • Results-oriented mindset with focus on high-impact delivery using an 80/20 approach.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to translate technical topics into actionable messages.
  • Collaborative profile with a sense of urgency and experience working cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with communication and reputation metrics such as press coverage, engagement, and reach.
  • Practical experience using artificial intelligence tools to support production and monitoring.
  • Advanced English in reading and conversation.
  • Familiarity with media monitoring and clipping tools.
  • Experience curating and producing hybrid events and institutional forums.
  • Knowledge of ESG frameworks and practices applied to communication and positioning.
  • Skills with presentation and data visualization tools such as PowerPoint and Figma.
  • Experience with institutional awards and rankings processes.
