Description

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB district partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with contacts across the BOCES network.
  • Own the renewal and expansion process for the assigned portfolio.
  • Lead consultative meetings with key district stakeholders using data.
  • Develop a strategy for the book of business by identifying expansion opportunities and cancellation risks.
  • Travel up to 30% within the Northeast territory to meet with customers and attend BOCES events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with support, product, engineering, content, and finance teams to escalate issues and identify trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a quota-carrying, customer-facing role.
  • Proven experience managing accounts in New York and working with BOCES.
  • Background in educational technology preferred, or a comparable combination of education and professional experience serving the Northeast.
  • Must be located in NY, NJ, CT, RI, or MA to support the Northeast customer base.
  • Adaptable and skilled at managing change in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in the K-12 education space.
  • Ability to manage a larger book of business with scale, strategy, and empathy.

  • On-target earnings of $80,600–$96,200.
  • Hourly rate of $31–$37/hour plus commission target of $16,120–$19,240.
