Description

  • Deliver virtual or onsite professional development and training for Seesaw and/or Little Thinking Minds.
  • Facilitate interactive, impactful product training sessions for teachers and occasionally administrators in English and Arabic.
  • Support customers in scheduling professional development sessions through email and phone communication.
  • Monitor calendar, Slack, and email daily for session updates and team communications.
  • Maintain pre-session and post-session documentation and notes in designated systems.
  • Send follow-up resources to customers after training sessions.
  • Stay current on the latest Seesaw features and support resources.
  • Raise and help resolve customer issues quickly and communicate updates back to customers.
  • Support successful implementation of Seesaw products for schools and educators.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of primary teaching experience.
  • Prior experience with educator coaching and/or delivering professional development is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Seesaw and/or classroom use of Seesaw is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Little Thinking Minds (LTM) and/or classroom use of LTM is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, flexible, critical thinker, and quick learner.
  • Positive, upbeat, proactive, professional, and collaborative attitude.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using technology to present and demonstrate.
  • Ability to travel if needed, especially during peak season.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and evenings as needed.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the MENA region is preferred.
  • Comfortable using Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
