Description

  • Manage a $2.5M revenue target from inbound leads and follow-on opportunities.
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting efforts to build a self-sourced pipeline.
  • Qualify leads, assess client needs, and lead strategy consultations through client kickoff.
  • Identify and close growth opportunities with current clients in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Create and present SEO, PPC, and analytics strategies to prospective clients, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Conduct preliminary competitive analyses for SEO, PPC, and analytics opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare site-specific proposals and negotiate contracts with support from legal when needed.
  • Attend conferences, networking events, and client visits to represent Seer and generate business opportunities.
  • Produce thought leadership content such as blog contributions and conference speaking engagements.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff between Business Strategy and account teams when new projects begin.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital business development.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience building and managing a sales pipeline, including outbound prospecting and follow-up outreach.
  • Proficiency with sales methodologies, especially MEDDIC.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, CRO, creative, AI, and analytics.
  • Ability to speak confidently with enterprise-level and C-level decision-makers.
  • Experience using business development tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and BuiltWith.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, context-switch, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel 20-25% and work continental US-based hours from within the US.
  • Preference for candidates who are comfortable integrating AI and automations into daily work.

  • Total compensation of $93,000-$125,000 per year.
