Description

  • Own successful customer project delivery and the value delivered through Aera solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison among customers, Aera teams, consultants, and system integrators, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Act as a supply chain subject matter expert during implementations and pre-sales engagements.
  • Ensure project requirements are understood and delivered on time according to customer expectations and statements of work.
  • Manage project resources, track progress through KPIs, escalate issues, and maintain project scope.
  • Partner with Product and Technical teams to influence product improvements and direction.
  • Plan and lead prospect workshops, discovery sessions, evaluations, demos, proofs of concept, and presentations.
  • Estimate and document requirements for proposals and statements of work.
  • Contribute to sales cycles and develop long-term customer relationships and Decision Intelligence roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience leading and managing post-sales enterprise software implementation projects.
  • Extensive supply chain knowledge covering demand, supply, manufacturing, inventory, and order management.
  • Strong customer-facing communication, project management, relationship-building, and solution-definition skills.
  • Experience with enterprise IT and software, including ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP, cloud/SaaS, security, mobile, BI, planning, and execution systems.
  • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, and planning platforms such as SAP, JDA, and Kinaxis.
  • Experience with agile project delivery and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience writing proposals and statements of work.
  • Proven ability to manage technical team members and deliver against customer requirements.
  • Ability to travel globally.
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or CPG industries is preferred.
