Description

  • Partner with key stakeholders to execute and evolve the martech and analytics strategy.
  • Own day-to-day administration of core marketing systems and integrations, including Marketo, 6sense or comparable tools, and webinar/event platforms.
  • Ensure marketing programs are properly instrumented for measurement and reporting.
  • Translate GTM questions by industry, segment, offer, and account tier into reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Co-own and execute the marketing operations roadmap, including lifecycle enforcement, scoring refinements, and Power BI dashboard rollout.
  • Support global and regional teams with campaign build and QA across Marketo programs, Salesforce campaigns, and workflows.
  • Align campaign operations with the Global Go-To-Market Calendar and ensure tactics are correctly tagged for reporting.
  • Provide recurring and ad hoc analysis on funnel health, campaign performance, ABX cohort outcomes, and partner/industry motions.
  • Improve and maintain attribution logic for person-level touches, primary campaign source, and marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Build scalable workflows, documentation, and enablement to help teams execute account-aware programs with confidence in the data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, information systems, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing operations, RevOps, demand gen operations, ABM/ABX operations, or marketing analytics.
  • Direct ownership of lifecycle, scoring, routing, and reporting processes.
  • Experience in a Salesforce-centric GTM environment, including funnel, pipeline, and campaign performance dashboards.
  • Proven collaboration with Sales, BDR, and RevOps teams.
  • Ability to turn shared KPIs such as MQLs, S0–S3, MQAs, pipeline, and win rate into processes, SLAs, and governance.
  • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform such as Marketo or comparable.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce campaigns, reports, dashboards, and core objects.
  • Hands-on experience with an ABX or intent platform such as 6sense or comparable.
  • Hands-on experience with a middleware platform such as Workato or comparable.
  • Experience with at least one BI or reporting tool, with Power BI preferred and Domo or Tableau also valuable.
  • Experience supporting or leading a DG to ABX transition is a strong plus.
  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to balance roadmap work and in-quarter campaign support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills, including the ability to explain complex data in non-technical language and influence without formal authority.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of residence.
