Description

Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and industry platforms and proactively engage passive talent.
Write and publish compelling job postings and advertisements to attract technical candidates.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and career goals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams, including client-side stakeholders.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and profiles in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support current and future hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to define hiring needs, provide market insights, and advise on salary benchmarks and candidate availability.
Manage offer processes including negotiations, benefits explanations, and closing selected candidates.
Coordinate onboarding logistics with HR and IT to ensure smooth new-hire setup and integration.
Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to measure hiring outcomes and drive process improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience recruiting technical roles (software development, data engineering, DevOps, or business consulting).
Familiarity with technical methodologies, industry terminology, and assessment methods for technical candidates.
Experience with interview techniques and candidate evaluation for technical roles.
Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, plus experience using social media and sourcing platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions and tasks concurrently.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn about emerging technologies and industry trends.
HR or recruitment certifications are a plus.
