Description

  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and industry platforms and proactively engage passive talent.
  • Write and publish compelling job postings and advertisements to attract technical candidates.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and career goals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams, including client-side stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and profiles in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support current and future hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to define hiring needs, provide market insights, and advise on salary benchmarks and candidate availability.
  • Manage offer processes including negotiations, benefits explanations, and closing selected candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics with HR and IT to ensure smooth new-hire setup and integration.
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to measure hiring outcomes and drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting technical roles (software development, data engineering, DevOps, or business consulting).
  • Familiarity with technical methodologies, industry terminology, and assessment methods for technical candidates.
  • Experience with interview techniques and candidate evaluation for technical roles.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, plus experience using social media and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions and tasks concurrently.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn about emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • HR or recruitment certifications are a plus.
