Description

  • Develop threat intelligence content with the threat intelligence team, including advisories, briefs, research reports, blogs, executive summaries, and social content.
  • Translate technical findings such as IOCs, TTPs, exposures, and attack trends into narratives for practitioner and board-level audiences.
  • Track the threat landscape and pitch timely content tied to active campaigns, disclosures, and geopolitical events.
  • Develop webinar programs, propose angles and talking points, and support post-production.
  • Draft bylines, blogs, and other content to support broader campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate content distribution across channels with the marketing team.
  • Maintain a publication calendar and shepherd content through review and fact-checking.
  • Enforce style standards so the brand presents a consistent voice across content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience writing and producing content in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, another technical field, or cybersecurity journalism/PR/communications.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or threat intelligence paired with strong writing, editing, and PR/communications skills, or a related background with interest in building the missing side.
  • A portfolio that shows ability to write with technical depth and clarity for executive and practitioner audiences.
  • Sharp editing skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining consistent quality.
  • Experience producing or managing webinar programs preferred.
  • Working fluency in the threat landscape, including threat actors, malware, vulnerabilities, and MITRE ATT&CK, or the ability to quickly learn technical subject matter.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical SMEs, ask strong follow-up questions, and self-edit with minimal oversight.
  • PR and communications savvy with attention to audience, angle, and distribution.
  • Comfort querying datasets with SQL, Python, or Splunk to identify anomalies or support threat research.
  • Familiarity with security ratings, attack surface management, and third-party/supply-chain risk.
