Description

  • Produce clear, accurate, timely English support content and personalized in-product help experiences.
  • Define and evolve scalable documentation strategies across multiple product lines.
  • Use analytics and cross-functional input to prioritize and measure content improvements.
  • Optimize metadata and content routing to improve handoffs between self-service and live support.
  • Develop shared editorial resources, including style guides, process documentation, and UI messaging.
  • Improve content discoverability through metadata, keyword optimization, taxonomy, and search configuration.
  • Use AI tools to identify content gaps, refine drafts, and scale quality improvements.
  • Coordinate translations and support interactive experiences through the chatbot program.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, UX, support, tooling, and content teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience authoring DITA XML, including fluency with DITA and related toolsets.
  • Experience defining and executing documentation strategies across multiple product lines.
  • Strong knowledge of search technologies, including indexing, ranking signals, metadata, and taxonomy design.
  • Experience fine-tuning search configurations to improve content findability.
  • Fluency with AI tools for identifying content gaps, drafting, refinement, and scaled quality improvement.
  • Experience with content delivery tools, systems, and components across backend and frontend environments, including APIs and integrations.
  • Recognized ability to clarify complex technical topics and improve editorial quality across teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in Agile, distributed environments.
  • Familiarity with localization and translation coordination, chatbot platforms, XML/HTML, and varied CMS or publishing platforms is preferred.
