Description

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify technical requirements and develop customized solutions for client needs.
  • Own the pre-sales technical engagement with prospective customers.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of value projects.
  • Support SecurityScorecard at industry events and executive roundtables.
  • Work with Product Management and Engineering to share market feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  • Gather, track, and report success metrics for customer proof of value projects.
  • Enforce MEDDPICC best practices throughout sales cycles.
  • Become a subject matter expert on cyber-first supply chain services.
  • Build strong relationships with Marketing, Support, Customer Success, and other business teams.
  • Advocate for prospect needs and help translate customer business needs into technical requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity, TPRM, GRC, or a similar field.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak to large technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and lead technical strategy in sales engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • Sales experience is not required, but experience selling technical SaaS or managed service solutions is a plus.
  • Industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISA, or GCIH are a plus.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who works well cross-functionally and continues to build domain knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel for day and overnight trips throughout the U.S.
  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities and working styles.
