Description

  • Own and lead pre-sales technical activities for assigned opportunities, including discovery, demos, presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales leadership to align technical execution with account strategy and revenue goals.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points, business drivers, decision criteria, and technical requirements.
  • Architect and propose solutions that integrate Cyara’s platform with customers’ existing technology stacks.
  • Develop and deliver customized demonstrations that connect customer challenges to business value.
  • Respond to technical inquiries, manage objections, and provide guidance throughout complex sales cycles.
  • Represent Cyara at customer-facing events such as conferences, webinars, trade shows, and executive engagements.
  • Partner with Product, Implementation, Customer Success, and other teams to share feedback, resolve issues, and support handoff from pre-sales to delivery.
  • Create technical sales materials, documentation, best practices, case studies, and internal enablement resources.
  • Mentor junior Solution Architects and contribute thought leadership and knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture roles.
  • Experience presenting to C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent related work experience.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale or enterprise-level technical sales efforts from discovery through close.
  • Experience in CX, contact center, call centre, IVR, testing, monitoring, or related technologies preferred.
  • Advanced technical acumen with the ability to design solutions and integrate complex systems.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Strong consultative discovery, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, corporate events, and sales engagements.
