Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to generate pipelines and run full-cycle searches.
  • Recruit for business, G&A, and go-to-market roles across middle management, specialist, and associate levels.
  • Source candidates and navigate technical profiles when needed.
  • Keep Greenhouse and talent trackers accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Manage searches using funnel metrics and channel mix to improve pipeline performance.
  • Respond quickly and maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interviews and other recruiting tasks when demand is high.
  • Train and guide hiring managers on search and assessment best practices.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and a security-first mindset.
  • Use AI tools and continuous improvement practices to scale sourcing and writing workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct full-cycle corporate recruiting and sourcing experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Greenhouse, including job setup, interview scheduling, assessment integrations/automations, and external posting management.
  • Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
  • Experience using talent CRMs or engagement platforms such as Gem or SourceWhale.
  • Strong Boolean search skills for market mapping, referrals, and passive talent enrichment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience managing searches through funnel metrics and channel efficiency.
  • Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines and ambiguity; ideally able to post a role within 30 minutes and build preliminary pipeline within 48 hours.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and behavioral interviewing skills.
  • High resilience, strong organization, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Comfort using modern AI tools to support sourcing and writing workflows.
  • Fully remote work location in the USA; preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone, with a bonus for NYC tri-state area candidates.
  • No immigration sponsorship for this position.
