Description

  • Provision and configure new customer accounts within the Secureframe platform.
  • Support backend onboarding workflows and manage change requests.
  • Assist the Compliance team with standard and custom compliance framework mappings.
  • Handle implementation-related backend tasks and operational setup activities.
  • Send and manage customer email communications related to provisioning and instance setup.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and other Implementation Specialists on post-implementation handoffs.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to support successful implementations.
  • Create, update, and maintain internal documentation, runbooks, and implementation best practices.
  • Gather internal and customer feedback to improve implementation processes and tooling.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in implementation support, onboarding, technical support, project coordination, or IT consulting.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to support multiple implementations and tasks in parallel.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and customer-first with empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand technical configurations and document them clearly.
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with evolving processes.
