Description

  • Deeply understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists.
  • Set design direction by creating clear strategies and carrying work through execution and launch.
  • Balance speed and quality across both optimization work and new 0-to-1 product development.
  • Apply experimentation, data, and systems thinking to improve the product experience.
  • Collaborate to improve component systems and ensure consistent, high-quality experiences.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, product marketing, customer success, and other stakeholders.
  • Connect work across business verticals into a cohesive platform vision.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Excellent craftsmanship.
  • Understanding of the technical and logistical obstacles that create friction during live experiences.
  • A challenge-oriented, changemaker, and innovator mindset.
  • At least 4 hours of overlap with a 9:30am-5:30pm East Coast workday.
  • Passion for live experiences.
  • Salary range of $130,000 to $188,000 USD.
  • Equity eligibility.
  • Discretionary annual bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance.
