Description

  • Deeply understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists.
  • Set direction by creating clear and impactful design strategies.
  • Execute designs through launch while sweating the details.
  • Balance speed and quality across optimization work and new 0-1 product development.
  • Apply experimentation, data, and systems thinking to improve product outcomes.
  • Collaboratively improve component systems to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, product marketing, customer success, and more.
  • Connect work across business verticals into a cohesive platform vision.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Excellent craftsmanship.
  • Understanding of the technical and logistical obstacles that create friction during live experiences.
  • A challenge-oriented, changemaker, and innovator mindset.
  • At least 4 hours of overlap with a 9:30am-5:30pm East Coast workday.
  • Passion for live experiences.
  • Experience level and compensation may vary based on skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
  • Preferred compensation range of $130,000 - $188,000 USD.
  • Equity eligibility.
  • Discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
