Description

  • Manage day-to-day oversight of programmatic display and video campaigns.
  • Partner with the media agency to ensure campaigns are delivering and performing to expectations.
  • Support in-house buying for channels such as YouTube, including setup, QA, and ongoing optimization.
  • Review media plan recommendations and reporting with a critical eye.
  • Ensure media buys are executed accurately and aligned with internal goals.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for agency partners and keep them aligned with business priorities.
  • Pressure test assumptions around audiences, budgets, reach and frequency, and measurement approaches.
  • Analyze performance and pacing across channels, formats, audiences, and creative.
  • Maintain monthly and ad hoc programmatic reporting and translate results into actionable insights.
  • Support test-and-learn frameworks, channel expansion planning, budget tracking, and media invoicing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in media planning and/or buying, either agency-side or in-house.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one DSP, such as DV360, Google Ads, or The Trade Desk.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, audience strategy, and brand and performance KPIs.
  • Familiarity with ad operations tasks such as pixeling, trafficking, and creative specs.
  • Experience analyzing media reporting and providing thoughtful, actionable feedback on media plans.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with agency partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
