Description

  • Provide specialized customer support through email, chat, and phone, including SeatGeek Enterprise customer phone support.
  • Resolve a high volume of customer contacts while working weekends and some holidays.
  • Use customer metrics and consumer insights to improve SeatGeek’s service and operations.
  • Collaborate with managers to review performance against peer and benchmark goals.
  • Work daily with internal and external tools including Talkdesk, Zendesk, Slack, Google Business tools, GitHub, Looker, and Jira.
  • Attend weekly 1:1s and group strategy meetings.
  • Handle more specialized and escalated customer contacts as expertise grows.
  • Contribute ideas and changes that improve Customer Experience and SeatGeek overall.
  • Go above and beyond to deliver strong customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in customer service.
  • Experience at a tech startup or high-volume company is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to hold conversations with a wide range of people.
  • Comfort using data to make decisions and build arguments.
  • Passion for technology, customer experience, and live events.
  • Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong work ethic and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Reliable high-speed internet of at least 35 Mbps, with 50+ Mbps strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work weekends and one of the following 8-hour shifts: 9am-5pm PT, 10am-6pm PT, 12pm-8pm PT, or 2pm-10pm PT.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
