Description

  • Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Translate organizational priorities into project roadmaps, milestones, performance metrics, and execution strategies.
  • Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and success measures.
  • Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and drive accountability for deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Identify risks, roadblocks, and process improvement opportunities while implementing standardized workflows.
  • Ensure initiatives comply with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration among executives, regional leaders, and departmental teams.
  • Support change management activities to drive adoption and sustainable operational improvements.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and use findings to refine processes and performance.
  • Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and patient-centered operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in clinical operations or enterprise project management.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, autonomy, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels, including leadership and board members.
  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with multi-site surgical, aesthetic, or specialty care operations preferred.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent operational excellence certification preferred.
  • Ability to sit or stand intermittently for 8–12-hour shifts.
  • Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 25 pounds.
