Description

  • Source qualified candidates for junior, senior, and leadership roles across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Use advanced sourcing methods such as Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and niche communities.
  • Craft highly personalized cold outreach messages designed to generate strong candidate responses.
  • Perform initial fit validation on role alignment, seniority, and motivation before recruiter handoff.
  • Engage candidates, handle initial responses, and confirm genuine interest in opportunities.
  • Deliver interview-ready candidates to recruiters with clear, structured candidate summaries.
  • Maintain accurate candidate pipeline tracking and status updates in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Continuously improve sourcing speed and quality through testing, experimentation, and iteration.
  • Share market insights, sourcing learnings, and talent availability feedback with the recruiting team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruiting with a strong sourcing focus.
  • Strong expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Proven ability to source quickly and at scale across multiple roles and levels.
  • Excellent written communication skills for personalized candidate outreach.
  • Hands-on experience working with ATS/CRM systems.
  • Experience sourcing candidates globally, including the US and EU.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
  • English proficiency sufficient for professional candidate communication at B2 level or higher.
  • Experience sourcing for fast-growing startups or product companies is preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset with familiarity in conversion tracking, response rates, and funnel optimization is preferred.
