Description

  • Own and improve the new store opening playbook, readiness standards, and launch governance processes.
  • Lead operational execution for new Workshop and Connection Center launches.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and schedules with cross-functional partners.
  • Ensure equipment, inventory, systems, signage, and safety infrastructure are ready on time.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on retail launch operations, store readiness, and launch best practices.
  • Support onboarding and ramp-up of retail and service teams.
  • Coordinate training schedules across vehicle operations, customer delivery, service workflows, and safety procedures.
  • Facilitate hands-on training sessions, mock scenarios, and operational walkthroughs.
  • Evaluate launch risks, build mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution across stakeholders.
  • Support day-to-day retail office operations, site readiness, launch events, and post-launch stabilization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in new store openings, retail operations, network deployment, or launch management.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing medium to large teams in retail or automotive environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or equivalent experience.
  • Project management certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to build templates, trackers, and automated workflows.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
  • Schedule flexibility to support evenings, weekends, and business-critical launch milestones.
