Description

  • Build live reporting across multiple games to connect player experiences, development actions, and product outcomes.
  • Develop frameworks to measure game activity and player experience across different domains.
  • Partner with game teams to understand player and game dynamics and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Lead projects that inform decisions across the wider Live Games Portfolio.
  • Work with central data platform and publishing teams to create dashboards, systems, and studies.
  • Use player and product data to improve the performance and health of live games.
  • Understand data pipelines and data architecture to identify and apply new approaches to analytics.
  • Share learnings across titles to help the organization improve decision-making across games.

Requirements

  • Successful track record in an Analyst or Business Intelligence-related role.
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large data sets.
  • Great data visualization knowledge; Looker experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts.
  • Demonstrated experience as a product analyst on a live service game.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to distill complex results for colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work autonomously as an independent thinker with curiosity and rigor.
  • Passion for continuous learning in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Interest in or strong desire to work with video games.

  • Annual salary range of $110,000 to $168,300 USD for candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA.
