Description

  • Lead the consumer insights function and define the strategic roadmap across brand, growth, and experience initiatives.
  • Establish research standards, frameworks, and tools that improve the quality, rigor, and impact of insights.
  • Integrate consumer insights into key business decisions and strategic planning across the organization.
  • Define the long-term vision and operating model for Consumer Insights as the business grows globally.
  • Identify emerging consumer, cultural, category, and market trends that inform innovation and business planning.
  • Own brand tracking and lead insights initiatives supporting brand strategy, performance tracking, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to inform campaign development, messaging optimization, and audience strategy.
  • Oversee UX/UI research to inform product improvements, usability enhancements, and customer journey optimization.
  • Provide strategic oversight for New Product Development research and align it with broader consumer and brand strategies.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships and communicate insights to senior leadership with clear recommendations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, customer insights, UX research, market research, or related strategy-focused disciplines.
  • Experience leading highly cross-functional insights initiatives in complex organizations.
  • Proven experience building or evolving insights functions, frameworks, or capabilities that influence strategic business decisions.
  • Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex consumer data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to connect consumer understanding to organizational priorities and growth opportunities.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders through storytelling, executive communication, and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with ambiguity and organizational complexity.
  • Experience leading large-scale or multi-stakeholder research initiatives across brand, product, customer experience, and innovation.
  • Experience in DTC, wellness, healthcare, consumer products, subscription businesses, or high-growth environments preferred.
  • Experience supporting global and multi-market insights initiatives with regional, cultural, and market-specific nuance.
