Description

  • Own product features end-to-end from early concept through release, live operations, and post-launch optimization.
  • Drive the creation of new multiplayer social and solo minigames that increase engagement and enhance gameplay.
  • Translate product and franchise goals into detailed, player-centric feature designs.
  • Create and maintain clear game and feature specifications in partnership with design.
  • Collaborate with design and UX to guide solutions that reflect player needs, franchise goals, and business priorities.
  • Work cross-functionally with artists, engineers, analysts, and producers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Provide feedback and implementation support to help features move smoothly through development.
  • Track market, genre, and competitive trends to inform a data-informed roadmap.
  • Influence team direction and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Mentor or partner with designers and potentially grow into management responsibilities over time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in F2P mobile casual games.
  • Passion for free-to-play mobile games and sophisticated player ecosystems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain product rationale clearly.
  • Experience prioritizing high-impact initiatives, managing trade-offs, anticipating risks, and maintaining quality deliverables.
  • Experience leading through influence and guiding indirect reports toward shared goals.
  • Ability to build experiences that encourage positive player behavior, including on features without market comparables.
  • Intermediate statistics skills, including setting hypotheses, interpreting data, and visualizing results in Excel.
  • Ability to translate product issues into analytics tasks and determine when and how to use data.
  • Strong critical, analytical, and creative thinking with an outcome-driven mindset.
  • Proven experience building and supporting social gameplay mechanics.
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve workflows, validate ideas, and speed up iteration.
  • Ability to thrive in a global team environment.
  • Résumé/CV must be written in English.
