Description

  • Identify, develop, and execute account strategy to create new business opportunities across the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, including superintendents, CAOs, deputies, and directors.
  • Understand industry trends and issues to inform outreach and account strategy.
  • Identify customer pain points and position the solution to address them.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close sales agreements to meet and exceed booking and revenue targets.
  • Capture and maintain accurate account information in Salesforce.
  • Leverage existing accounts as references to expand regional opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, implementation, and marketing teams to increase visibility with target accounts and drive engagement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of hitting quota and sales goals.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Fast learner who can quickly internalize new features, products, and processes.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Humble, coachable attitude and willingness to learn from mistakes without excuses.
  • Experience engaging with senior education decision makers is preferred.
