Description

  • Identify, develop, and execute account strategy to create new business opportunities across the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers such as superintendents, CAOs, deputies, and directors.
  • Identify customer pain points and develop solutions using the SchooLinks platform.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close sales agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets.
  • Capture and maintain accurate account information in Salesforce.
  • Leverage existing customer accounts as references to expand the region.
  • Collaborate with product, implementation, and marketing teams to increase visibility with target accounts.
  • Engage target prospects at both individual and executive levels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of hitting quota and sales goals.
  • Results-driven and able to work toward targets consistently.
  • Ability to learn new features, products, and processes quickly.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Team player who can work collaboratively and set aside ego.
  • Humble mindset and willingness to learn from mistakes without excuses.
