Description

  • Define and execute the vision for the Asset Management product line.
  • Collaborate with the CPO and leadership team to align product goals with overall business strategy.
  • Translate customer and market insights into a roadmap that drives growth and adoption.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Asset Management solutions in GovTech.
  • Advocate for customer needs and turn insights into measurable product priorities.
  • Work with Engineering to convert requirements into user stories, features, and technical priorities.
  • Manage the product backlog and drive execution using Agile methodologies.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to support product adoption and client outcomes.
  • Develop data-driven business cases for new features and enhancements.
  • Support Sales and Marketing with go-to-market strategy, demos, and customer education.
  • Use AI and analytics to inform prioritization, improve user experience, and identify product opportunities.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand workflows, pain points, and needs.
  • Monitor product performance, market trends, and competitor offerings to guide improvements.
  • Represent Schneider Geospatial at customer and industry events as a product evangelist.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to communicate product value and gather market feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, GovTech, or infrastructure management.
  • Experience with GIS, asset management, or related public-sector technologies preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable product strategies and feature priorities.
  • Familiarity with SaaS architectures including .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience with modern cloud environments such as Azure.
  • Understanding of web application frameworks such as Angular and React.
  • Experience translating technical concepts into customer-facing value.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and comfort collaborating across functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
