Description

  • Lead regional partner recruitment activities in coordination with local sales managers.
  • Develop and execute jointly agreed go-to-market (GTM) and business plans with distributors and reseller partners, including enablement, training, certification, joint offerings, and demand generation.
  • Build and leverage executive partner relationships to grow revenue, mindshare, and strategic alignment.
  • Identify and develop partner champions to pilot programs, validate success, and incorporate learnings into the joint GTM approach.
  • Understand partner sales motions and drive success through accurate forecasting and visibility into opportunity development for the sales teams.
  • Facilitate sales engagement between Scality and channel partners to advance opportunities and close business.
  • Plan and deliver sales and technical enablement and training to enable partner self-sufficiency.
  • Contribute to two-tier distribution strategy, including partner onboarding, development, and management of Scality resources supporting the partner mission.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of successful channel management sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in storage.
  • Strong experience with the Veeam and/or Commvault partner ecosystem.
  • Proven track record working with strategic technology alliances, distributors, VARs, and system integrators (SIs).
  • Knowledge of the VAR and SI storage and infrastructure channel in the region and familiarity with high‑tech sales cycles.
  • Established network of connections in channel partners and SIs to accelerate partner recruitment.
  • Experience presenting to and working with end-user customers.
  • Recent successful experience working in global, multi-cultural organizations and balancing start-up dynamics with local business sensitivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance day-to-day delivery with development of long-term strategic partner relationships and continuous personal/business improvement.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%, and must be based in the UK.
