Description

  • Respond promptly to inbound calls and web inquiries, qualify potential customers, and convert inquiries into scheduled estimates or service appointments.
  • Perform outbound calls and cold follow-ups to new leads, unsold estimates, and past customers to drive bookings and re-engagement.
  • Promote recurring service programs and maintenance plans, track renewal opportunities, and support upselling initiatives to increase revenue per customer.
  • Follow structured scripts and sales workflows and participate in virtual meetings demonstrating company products to prospective customers.
  • Maintain organized client records and consistently update lead statuses and pipeline stages in the CRM system.
  • Track sales activity and pipeline movement, ensuring an accurate and actionable sales pipeline.
  • Address customer questions and concerns professionally, coordinate service follow-ups, and maintain a high standard of customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service handling customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • At least 2 years of experience handling both inbound customer calls and outbound/cold follow-up calls in a professional environment.
  • Proven experience converting customer inquiries or leads into appointments, bookings, or sales and confidently handling objections.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using a CRM system to track leads, update pipeline stages, and manage customer interactions.
  • Experience recommending additional services, upselling products, or promoting recurring service programs or memberships.
  • Ability to participate in virtual meetings and product demonstrations with clients.
  • Must be fully remote and available to overlap with U.S. business hours (PST / CST / EST) and maintain a professional remote work environment.
