Description

  • Build and manage the EOS sales pipeline from prospect identification through booked session.
  • Identify and pursue prospects in investment firms, portfolio companies, accelerators, franchises, SMBs, and referral networks.
  • Create and execute outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone, referrals, and follow-up.
  • Convert relationships, podcasts, events, content, and warm introductions into sales opportunities.
  • Track leads, opportunities, CRM stages, notes, and next actions with clear reporting.
  • Keep pipeline activity moving so Calvin can focus on closing, delivery, and strategic relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a repeatable weekly outbound, referral, and follow-up system.
  • Prepare session proposals, workshop opportunities, speaking opportunities, and strategic introductions.
  • Provide weekly reporting on outreach, conversations, calls booked, proposals sent, follow-ups completed, and sessions booked.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct EOS experience, including selling, supporting, implementing, coordinating, or managing EOS-related services, tools, clients, or sessions, or 5+ years of direct B2B coaching, consulting, professional services, advisory, or practice management sales experience.
  • Ability to clearly explain a B2B service sold, the buyer, average deal size, sales cycle, personal role, quota or target, results, follow-up approach, and pipeline management.
  • Personal experience managing a pipeline with 50+ active prospects or opportunities at one time using a CRM, spreadsheet, or pipeline tracker.
  • Experience with at least 3 of the following: cold email, LinkedIn outreach, warm referral asks, phone calls, and partnership/channel outreach.
  • Experience selling high-trust services where credibility, timing, relationships, and follow-up matter.
  • Strong spoken and written English, including the ability to write short, clear, human outreach messages.
  • Comfort using Loom or video updates and speaking directly with business owners and executives.
  • Strong or quickly developing proficiency with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, or similar.
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
  • Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools for research, outreach, list building, follow-up, and sales support.
  • Must be available to work remotely from anywhere with overlap with US business hours.
  • Ability to provide numbers-based answers during the hiring process, with a short video submission potentially required.
