  • Use ChatGPT or similar tools for initial drafts, then apply editorial judgment to finalize content.
  • Research unfamiliar topics and explain them clearly in plain language.
  • Adapt writing approach to different industries, businesses, and platforms.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience writing blogs, email campaigns, website copy, and advertising content.
  • Portfolio of real, published writing samples.
  • Fluent written English with strong grammar and adaptable tone.
  • Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools to accelerate drafting and refine content.
  • Ability to explain complex or unfamiliar topics in clear, plain language.
  • SEO knowledge is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable internet connection suitable for meeting deadlines.
  • Consistent punctuality, follow-through, and proactive communication about delays.
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm in Pacific, Central, or Eastern time.
