Description

  • Lead the design and development of end-to-end AI applications from prototype to production.
  • Build and deploy LLM-based systems, including RAG pipelines, fine-tuned models, and embedding search.
  • Work closely with founders, clients, and engineers to shape technical and product direction.
  • Own delivery of real-world solutions by architecting, implementing, testing, and shipping features.
  • Iterate rapidly by exploring new tools, trying new ideas, and solving problems creatively.
  • Operate with autonomy in a fast-changing environment, sometimes as the only engineer on a project.
  • Occasionally contribute to adjacent areas such as frontend, dev tooling, or data pipelines as needed.
  • Start by building foundational AI capabilities and products, with potential to grow into leading teams and larger initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with modern AI techniques, including LLMs, prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, and vector databases.
  • Strong Python engineering background with clean, modular coding practices.
  • Comfort working in a solo or small-team setting with limited structure.
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment on AWS or GCP, Docker, and production ML pipelines.
  • Ability to balance product thinking with engineering discipline.
  • Startup mentality with comfort in ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing many hats.
  • Excellent communication skills for working directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in Conversational AI and Voice AI systems is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of ML frameworks such as PyTorch or scikit-learn is a plus.
  • Exposure to frontend technologies like JS/React or dev tooling is a plus.
  • MLOps or CI/CD familiarity is preferred.
