Description

Lead the design and development of end-to-end AI applications from prototype to production.
Build and deploy LLM-based systems, including RAG pipelines, fine-tuned models, and embedding search.
Work closely with founders, clients, and engineers to shape technical and product direction.
Own delivery of real-world solutions by architecting, implementing, testing, and shipping features.
Iterate rapidly by exploring new tools, trying new ideas, and solving problems creatively.
Operate with autonomy in a fast-changing environment, sometimes as the only engineer on a project.
Occasionally contribute to adjacent areas such as frontend, dev tooling, or data pipelines as needed.
Start by building foundational AI capabilities and products, with potential to grow into leading teams and larger initiatives.

Requirements

Strong experience with modern AI techniques, including LLMs, prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, and vector databases.
Strong Python engineering background with clean, modular coding practices.
Comfort working in a solo or small-team setting with limited structure.
Familiarity with cloud deployment on AWS or GCP, Docker, and production ML pipelines.
Ability to balance product thinking with engineering discipline.
Startup mentality with comfort in ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing many hats.
Excellent communication skills for working directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in Conversational AI and Voice AI systems is a bonus.
Knowledge of ML frameworks such as PyTorch or scikit-learn is a plus.
Exposure to frontend technologies like JS/React or dev tooling is a plus.
MLOps or CI/CD familiarity is preferred.
