Description

  • Manage new and existing web and mobile development projects for adult-oriented digital products.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from early ideation and discovery through launch and post-release support.
  • Coordinate and support cross-functional team members, including UX/UI designers, developers, and QA specialists.
  • Manage project priorities, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across parallel initiatives.
  • Communicate schedules, milestones, and expectations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Identify technical, compliance, and operational risks and address them proactively with stakeholders.
  • Ensure project work aligns with legal, compliance, and platform requirements for adult-content products.
  • Provide clear reporting and documentation on project progress to stakeholders and internal leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Junior PM, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
  • Experience managing web or mobile development projects end to end.
  • Comfortable working with adult-oriented, sensitive, or regulated digital products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; certification is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar.
  • High attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset.
  • Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Solid business acumen in project planning, risk management, and delivery.
