Description

  • Lead kickoff meetings with accounting firms to define objectives, scope, milestones, and roles.
  • Assess each firm’s context, including structure, priorities, and scheduling constraints.
  • Deliver onboarding and training by providing materials, registering teams for sessions, and animating introductory workshops.
  • Support firms through migration and early use by setting prerequisites, checklists, simple timelines, and regular troubleshooting slots.
  • Respond quickly to questions, centralize feedback, and escalate technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Track onboarding progress, adoption, incidents, and risks in a dashboard.
  • Produce clear meeting notes and document decisions after each follow-up.
  • Prepare handoff materials for the team responsible for long-term adoption support.
  • Equip sponsors and internal referents to communicate change effectively within their firms.
  • Collect field feedback and continuously improve FAQs, guides, and training templates.

Requirements

  • Experience in an accounting firm with at least 3 complete fiscal periods.
  • Hands-on knowledge of accounting cycles including bookkeeping, review, VAT, and year-end closing.
  • Prior experience supporting clients or delivering training is appreciated.
  • Comfort using collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, tracking tools such as spreadsheets and shared dashboards, and remote communication tools such as video conferencing and messaging.
  • Strong professional credibility, service orientation, reliability, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • English language proficiency is required, with level assessed based on the department.
  • Comfort prioritizing high-impact business actions in day-to-day work.
  • Experience in a client-facing, training, or project coordination role is a plus.
